Tri Tip Roasts in the Oven

Let roast sit out for 20 to 30 minutes before cooking
Pre heat oven to 325 degrees
Coat roast with olive oil and season well with Shalhoob Seasoning
Place roast in roasting pan fat side up
Total cook time will be 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on desired temperature
Let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
