Shalhoob Meat Company is YOUR Neighborhood Butcher Shop. Shalhoob Meat Company takes pride in providing you with the highest quality, all natural, meats and poultry custom cut and packaged for your home. 

Our retail butcher counter is open Monday through Friday from 9am - 6pm and Saturdays 9am -1pm. We are located at 220 Gray Avenue, off the Garden Street exit on the beach side of the 101 Freeway.

How does it work?  Choose your own adventure!

Walk right up to our counter at 220 Gray Avenue in Santa Barbara's Funk Zone, and choose from our most popular cuts in the "Grab & Go" cooler, stocked fresh several times a day by our in-house butchers. 

Have our amazing butchers custom cut and package as much (or little) as your family needs or your recipe calls for. 

Our butchers are your butchers and are available Monday through Friday from 9am until 1pm. 

Give us a call ahead of time to place your order and we'll have exactly what you need waiting for you during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.

Call us at 805-963-7733 by Noon, Monday through Friday to create a package of custom cut beef, veal pork, lamb and/or poultry and we'll deliver it to your home or office the same day!
