Oven: place 1 tablespoon high heat oil (canola or grapeseed) in saute pan over high heat, sear skin side down for 1 minute, place pan (keep chicken skin side down) in 400 degree preheated over for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked (165 degree internal temp).
Grill: cook each side 10-12 minutes on medium-hot heated grill, rotating chicken a quarter turn every 5 minutes.
