When Is It Done?

Use the internal temperatures below to determine whether your steak* is done.
Simply insert a meat thermometer, available at our butcher counter,
into the middle of the thickest part of your steak or roast.
120 degrees for rare
130/135 for medium
140-150 degrees for well done
*All pork and poultry should be cooked to 165 degrees
